Lauren Peddinghaus (firstname.lastname@example.org) started HausFS in 2007. She discovered the need for an alternative to traditional property management while owning condos in small buildings that struggled to find reliable, cost-effective support. For more than 10 years, HausFS has remained dedicated to filling the hole between self-management and full-service management specifically for small buildings.
Lauren holds a Bachelors of Science in Speech (Radio/TV/Film Major) from Northwestern University. She spent 9 years as a Firm Administrator at a small CPA firm after graduation, where she developed her accounting expertise, technical skills and small business acumen.
Lauren is a condo management expert with strong legal experience. She particularly prides herself on her ability to approach problems from a “full picture” perspective, resulting in creative solutions to financial problems for her clients.
Lauren loves to spend time with her two children, see live music and enjoy great restaurants all over Chicago. She’s been sky-diving and has taken trapeze lessons. As a 6th grader in New Jersey, Lauren appeared on the game show Double Dare and was thisclose to going to Space Camp!
Ariana Arroyo (email@example.com) is responsible for overseeing all of the accounting processes at HausFS. She is the primary contact for Board Members regarding Bill Payment, Monthly Financials, Sales and Refinances, Budgets and Tax Returns.

Ariana has been married 14 years and is the mother of four kids (ranging in age from almost one to teenager) and two dogs. Her kids are her priority. They love to go out on hikes, eat dinner together and have movie nights. As a college sophomore, Ariana took only one week off after giving birth to her 3rd child in order to continue her semester!

During her enrollment at Harold Washington she became, and still is, a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Carla is now pursuing a bachelors degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago with an anticipated graduation of May of 2020.
Carla enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband, and looks forward to being active at Zumba class. She also loves to cook and is always looking for new recipes to try for dinner!
