The following services are included for a one-time fee (items will be tailored to your association’s particular needs):
- Reconcile association financial documents for current and prior years
- Address any delinquency issues with a clear Action Plan
- Review current budget and reserves plan and propose revisions as necessary
- Review current insurance policy for adequate coverage, reasonable premiums and appropriate deductibles
- Review incorporation status; prepare incorporation documents if necessary and/or review annual requirements for maintaining incorporation
- Provide education to Association on Board governance tasks such as election procedures, how to run a Board meeting & fiduciary policies
