Please use the following form to request charges to Owners for Fines or other Fees (Move In/Move Out Charges, Pet Fees, etc.)

Fines must be properly applied and documented in order to be legally enforceable. Please see our Fact Sheet regarding Violations and Fines. Violations and Fines Processing Fact Sheet

Note that HausFS does not deliver Violation Notices/Fine Notices to owners unless a Correspondence Request has been made for a Violation Notice. Fees Apply.
