The IL Condo Act allows for the delivery of required notices and participation in electronic voting for owners who opt-in.

HausFS sends required notices to owners via email for those who opt-in. This will replace mailed notices.

Electronic voting is available only if your association has created Rules & Regulations to allow for this.
