HausFS mails and emails required notices to all unit owners upon request from the board.
Approved Budgets that show a change in assessments will be delivered to all owners (not optional). Current Fees apply.

NOTE: Requests for correspondence must be received at least 7 business days prior to the required mailing date in order for HausFS to process your request in a timely manner.

You may select more than one Notice Type if multiple items of business will be conducted at a single meeting. Each Notice Type is subject to a separate Correspondence Fee, however, even if addressed at a single meeting.

Board Meeting notices must be delivered to owners at least 48 hours prior to the meeting date.

Unit Owner Meeting, Board Elections/Annual Meeting, Special Assessment Proposed and Budget Meeting/Draft Budget notices must be sent at least 10 days and no more than 30 days prior to the meeting date.

Proposed Budgets must be delivered to unit owners at least 25 days prior to the meeting at which they will be approved by the board. We advise sending a copy of your draft budget with your Budget Meeting notice 25 days prior to your meeting date in a single mailing.

Please allow at least 7 business days PRIOR to the required timeline for processing and mailing.

If held via Zoom, a meeting link or Meeting ID and Passcode are required to be delivered with the notice. See Zoom for your Personal Meeting room, which can be used for any future meeting.
Please specify the exact Rule, Regulation or applicable section of the association's Declaration or Bylaws, what the owner must do to correct the violation, and the date by which it must be corrected (this may be the hearing date).

Voting Ballots/Proxies can be created for meetings that required an owner vote (such as an election). A Proxy allows an owner to designate another individual or the board to vote on their behalf. Completed Ballots and Proxies will be collected by HausFS and forwarded to the board as they are received.

Meeting Minutes are required for documentation of any meeting held to approve a Special Assessment or Annual Budget. Please also attach any invoices/proposals documenting expenses related to the Special Assessment.
