Haus Financial Services, LLC offers your unit owners the option of paying by credit card online at their convenience when they need to manage cash flow. As an added bonus, owners can maximize cash back, miles or other rewards by paying their monthly assessment by credit card.
This is a great option for owners who might otherwise accumulate significant late fees or legal fees as a result of collection action. Additionally, your Association will benefit from decreased delinquent accounts.
Pay Assessments/Other Fees by Credit Card*
If your payment is for a Closing Documentation Fee (Sale of Unit) or a Refinance Fee, please indicate this when you check out with Paypal. After the payment has been processed, we will contact you via the email address provided in order to address your documentation request.
* Credit card payments are subject to a 3.25% convenience fee. The amount will will added to your payment and will appear as “tax” during checkout.
