Your request has been received and added to the processing queue. If the Closing Documentation/Refinance Fee has already been paid, HausFS will begin processing your request immediately.

The Sale or Refinance Fee must be paid before we can address your request. Once payment is received, turnaround time on document requests is a minimum of 5 business days. The IL Condo Act requires that documents be provided within 30 days of request. An email notification has been sent to the Owner Email indicated on your form with a link to payment information.

Expedited Requests are handled upon receipt of an Expedited Fee.

Payment can be made online or via check.  Please make all checks payable to your association, indicate the unit number and the reason for the payment and deliver to:
