In order to get started, we’ll need you to complete a bit of paperwork and submit your Initial Fees. Please download, complete and return the following to us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your Initial Fees will be debited from your authorized bank account. We’ll let you know the date of the debit when the HausFS Team processes your New Client Docs. At that point, we’ll begin to work through the Transition Checklist (attached to the Service Agreement).
