All sale and refinance documentation requests are subject to our current Fee Schedule. Fees must be paid prior to the release of documents.
Our Closing Documentation Fee for sales covers the following for a single contract:
- 22.1 Disclosures;
- Lender Questionnaire;
- Association Documents requested i.e. Declaration & Bylaws, Rules &
- Paid Assessment Letter;
- Closing Confirmation & New Owner Setup.
All additional requests are charged at hourly rates.
Once payment is received, turnaround time on document requests is a MINIMUM of 5 business days. Expedited requests are processed within 5 business days.
